   • Gameplay data such as challenge attempts, submissions, and scores are stored to maintain the competition.

   • Your information is used solely for running the competition, maintaining leaderboards, and contacting you about event-related updates.
   • Personal data will not be shared with third parties outside the organizing team.

3. Leaderboard Visibility

   • Usernames and scores may be publicly visible on the competition leaderboard. You may choose an alias if you prefer to remain anonymous.

4. Data Retention

   • Data will be retained only for as long as necessary to operate the event. After the CTF concludes, identifying information may be anonymized or deleted upon request.

5. Your Rights

   • You can request the correction or deletion of your personal data by contacting the organizers.
   • Participation is voluntary, and you may withdraw at any time.

We encourage you to use non-sensitive usernames and contact details if you have privacy concerns.
